The Platform currently operates in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio metropolitan areas. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it.

Information We Collect
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Service address (for job dispatch and provider routing)
- Property type designation (residential, commercial, or tax-exempt) — used to compute applicable Texas sales tax
- For commercial bookings: business name and (where applicable) Texas sales-tax exemption certificate
- Payment method information — collected and tokenized by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers, CVV, or bank account numbers
- Trade selections, pinned trades, and life-event chip selections you make in the search interface
- Job descriptions and situational details you provide at booking
- Tip amount and on-site invoice approvals
- Communications with providers through the Platform
- Device type, operating system, and browser type
- IP address and approximate location
- Pages visited, time on page, and navigation patterns
- Referral source (including referral codes)
- Search queries that did not match an existing trade (used to identify demand for new service categories)
- Session identifiers and authentication tokens
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you provide a payment method, Stripe tokenizes your card and returns a payment method ID that we store. We never store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We collect your service address to route jobs to nearby providers, match you to a metropolitan area, and calculate pricing modifiers (including the Route-Fit and gap-filler discounts). We do not continuously track your location. Provider GPS data is collected during active jobs only, with the Provider's explicit consent at app onboarding.
When you complete a booking and review the Provider, the rating you submit is associated with the specific trade for which the booking was made. Because skill is trade-specific, we maintain separate per-trade rating averages for each Provider. Aggregated, anonymized rating data may be used for marketplace ranking, quality monitoring, and Platform analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account
- Match you with available Providers based on location, trade, service type, and timing
- Process bookings, authorize payment holds, capture payments upon job completion, and (for commercial accounts) issue Net 15/30/45 invoices
- Send booking confirmations, dispatch notifications, slot reminders, and job status updates
- Calculate and apply pricing modifiers (surge, Route-Fit discount, gap-filler discount, recurring-plan commitment discount, route-density discount)
- Track per-trade ratings and reliability statistics for each Provider
- Process referral credits (1.25% of pretax, capped at $150 per referred job) and maintain referral wallet balances
- Monitor Provider reliability and enforce the no-show penalty and three-strike suspension system
- Detect demand for new service categories from unmatched searches and recruit Providers in metros with unmet demand
- Resolve disputes and investigate complaints
- Improve the Platform and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations, including sales-tax record-keeping under Texas law
How We Share Your Information
When you book a service, we share your name, service address, phone number, property-type designation, and job description with the assigned Provider. For commercial bookings on Net-X terms, we additionally share your business name and exemption-certificate status. Providers are contractually prohibited from using your contact information for any purpose other than completing your booked job.
We share transaction data with Stripe, Inc. to process payments. This includes job amounts, platform fees, provider payouts, tip amounts, applicable sales tax, and (for commercial Net-X jobs) invoice and due-date data. Stripe processes this data as our payment processor under a data processing agreement.
We use Mapbox to render maps and provide address geocoding. When you type an address into the search field, the address text is sent to Mapbox to return geocoding suggestions. Mapbox is bound by its own privacy policy.
If you have consented to receive SMS notifications, your phone number and message content are shared with TextRequest to deliver those messages. We honor STOP replies immediately and process opt-outs within the timeframe required by the TCPA. TextRequest does not use your number for its own marketing purposes.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Joyous Brands LLC, our users, or others.
Joyous Brands LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We are not an advertising platform.

- TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
- Bcrypt hashing for passwords — we never store plaintext passwords
- JWT access tokens with short expiration windows and UUID refresh tokens
- PostgreSQL database with encrypted connections
- Stripe-hosted payment processing — card data never touches our servers
Children's Privacy
anti-seo.com is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
